Maddie, a mixed breed female (rescue dog) enjoying herself at FINE-TUNED CANINES Board and Train dog training camp in Naples, FLPlease welcome Maddie! Maddie is a rescue and you could say that she's a survivor. Maddie’s an aproximately 6 month old mixed breed female (Miniature Pinscher mix) who came to FINE-TUNED CANINES Board and Train dog training school in Naples, FL. She had some previous training with another trainer. Maddie's a super sweet, affectionate, fun-loving, high-prey driven dog who really loves to please. She's energetic and she likes to think.
She's Maddie is a lucky girl. Her fantastic family gave her a forever home and a gift of formal education here at professional dog training facility with FINE-TUNED CANINES. Maddie had some hard times - she was rescued from a kill-shelter (where she found herself because of her former owners). Now, thanks to her loving new pack, she’s going to benefit from formal canine education and we’re so happy to have this sweet, affectionate, litttle gal here and to be able to help her and her wonderful people with building Maddie's confidence, teaching her proper manners, basic and more advance obedience skills, proper socialization and more!

Teddy, Maltipoo male dog at FINE-TUNED CANINES Board and Train dog training program in Naples, FLMeet Teddy, the 8 year old Maltipoo male dog who came to FINE-TUNED CANINES Board and Train dog training school to learn good canine manners, how to be a good pack follower, how to learn to respect humans and other dogs. Teddy is a smart little dog, who discovered the joy of learning. Teddy will be also learning how to accept being handled more. He does not like when humans initiate physical contact and he needs to learn how to be more balanced, calm and submissive around both people and other dogs. He's making great progress already!
Here's Teddy and one of his new skills: treadmill exercise! Teddy knows now how to use a treadmill and he enjoys trotting on it. It is great physical and mental exercise.

It is never too late for canine education and FINE-TUNED CANINES is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with a senior this time: a 9-year old Vizsla female named Indiana (Indiana Jones) from Fort Myers, FL. Indiana's "little sister", Jersey (also a Vizsla) came to train with us before and now it is her older sister’s turn to learn some new skills. Indiana is proof that older dogs not only can learn new skills, but that they enjoy learning and having something to think about.

Fine-tuned Canines has just welcomed Thor, an 11 month old German Shepherd from the east coast of Florida to our facility in Naples, Florida. Thor, a member of the herding group, is an inquisitive, curious, Shepherd that has good energy. He is learning to look to Lexi, his trainer and current pack leader for direction and guidance. He has already experienced the natural distractions of seeing deer and an eagle during training and is becoming more disciplined and self-controlled.
